Looks like you need to buy a R2 and mount it to the chassis in the same way I did . Chassis and parts look great BTW :nice: |

yeah, but I'm trying a HPI reduction gear first. And probably going to get me a motor with more turns than 55/65 to get it slow enough. I will see if thats good enough. If it's not, then I might get the R2... |

This is the chassi now. Still missing motor and transmission, and also the frame mounted servo. Posted Image Posted Image Moved the body forward, since my links where a little bit shorter then expected Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image A little overview Posted Image Posted Image I'm pretty satisfied with this so far!! :nice: |

That's looking really good. I'm a fan of those fenders. :nice: If I may... I might suggest dropping the nose of the body just a shade. But that's just me. |

Yes you might! I plan to align the body better, but I need to get a transmission in there first. Also need to figure out the body posts. Then I will correct the stance. I want the body to align horizontaly. So it will be done. With the short "ass" this jeep has, it don't look any good sitting like that. I think I get the transmission later today or tomorrow. I also need some wires for the electronics. I hope to get everything under the hood ready before 2010. So that I can consentrate on the body i january. |
